Part-Time Fashion Marketing Executive

Company: SOMEWHERE Agency
Apply for the Part-Time Fashion Marketing Executive
Location: Shoreditch
Job Description:

SOMEWHERE is a fashion agency working with independent and contemporary brands. We connect great design with the buyers, stores and communities who champion it.

We’re looking for a creative, organised marketer to own our newsletters and social channels two days a week. You’ll shape how SOMEWHERE and our brands show up each season, from launch announcements to trade show recaps. It’s a hands‑on role with real ownership, suited to someone who loves fashion and can turn a lookbook into a story people want to read.

Newsletters (monthly and seasonal)

  • Plan, write and build one monthly newsletter and a seasonal campaign series each season (e.g. SS and AW launches, market weeks, trade shows)
  • Turn brand assets, lookbooks and linesheets into clear, visual email content for buyers and press
  • Manage the mailing list: segmentation, clean data and GDPR-compliant sign-ups
  • Track open rates, click-throughs and appointment bookings, and use them to improve each send

Instagram

  • Plan and run a monthly content calendar of posts, Reels and Stories
  • Create and edit content: product, behind‑the‑scenes, showroom, events and brand spotlights
  • Write captions in line with SOMEWHERE’s brand guidelines and tone of voice and manage hashtags, tags and collaborations with our brands
  • Engage with the community and report monthly on reach, engagement and follower growth

LinkedIn

  • Build SOMEWHERE’s professional presence with 1 to 2 posts per week
  • Share brand news, market insight, trade show highlights and team updates
  • Grow engagement with buyers, retailers and industry partners

Across all channels

  • Apply SOMEWHERE’s brand guidelines to every newsletter and post (visual identity, typography, imagery and tone of voice), keeping messaging consistent and aligned to the seasonal sales calendar
  • Batch-plan and batch-shoot content so the regular weekly day is used well, and scale up for seasonal peaks
  • Share a short monthly report with results and next month’s plan
  • 2+ years in fashion, lifestyle or retail marketing (agency, brand or showroom)
  • Proven experience running Instagram and LinkedIn accounts for a brand or business
  • Hands‑on with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp or Flodesk
  • Strong, concise copywriting with an eye for tone and detail
  • A strong visual eye and the discipline to work within established brand guidelines, confident with Canva or Adobe tools and basic photo and video editing
  • Self‑motivated and organised: you can plan ahead and deliver on a 1‑day week, stepping up to 2 days in busy seasons, without close supervision

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of the wholesale fashion calendar, showrooms or trade shows
  • Experience with scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Business Suite) and basic analytics
  • Content shooting skills on phone or camera
  • An existing network in fashion, PR or buying
  • A hybrid, flexible schedule of 1 day a week, rising to 2 in peak seasons: you choose the days and times, coming into the office for content creation
  • Creative ownership of SOMEWHERE’s voice across email and social
  • Close work with exciting fashion brands and access to showroom events and trade shows
  • A small, supportive team where your ideas are heard and put into action
