NIPE Lead Midwife: Newborn Care & Clinical Leadership

Ashford and St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced NIPE Lead Midwife to lead the Newborn Infant Physical Examination service and ensure 72-hour NIPE checks across the trust. You will provide clinical leadership, oversee screening pathways, manage NIPEs, and monitor KPI data, working with regional and national forums to improve outcomes for babies and families.

This role involves teaching and developing staff in a supportive MDT.
