Growth & Digital Marketing Manager

Groundwork North Wales is seeking a Marketing & Growth Manager to drive digital performance across our websites and channels. You will use analytics to improve customer journeys and conversion, and collaborate with senior leaders to turn opportunities into measurable growth.

You will also line manage our digital marketing colleagues and oversee marketing budgets, suppliers and partners, delivering practical, results-focused campaigns that create positive impact for communities across North Wales.
