With a flexible three- or four-day working week, no out-of-hours work and no bank holiday shifts, this is an opportunity to enjoy your career without sacrificing your time outside the practice.

Why Join?

  • Up to £70,000 salary, depending on experience
  • A work-life balance that works for you, with full-time or part-time options, three- or four-day weeks and 10-hour shifts.
  • No out-of-hours or bank holiday work, alongside a manageable 1-in-4 Saturday rota at the Faversham site, from 8am to 2pm.

The practices are well equipped, with a team that’s keen to keep investing in new technology and equipment to improve patient outcomes. You’ll have the support to practise good medicine, develop your confidence and make a meaningful contribution to the team.

Whether you’re looking to consolidate your experience or take the next step in your career, you’ll have access to structured development, peer support and clear progression opportunities.

What’s on Offer?

Alongside the salary and welcome package, you’ll benefit from:

  • 6.6 weeks’ holiday, including bank holidays.
  • Generous CPD allowance
  • BVA membership, VDS cover and RCVS fees paid.
