Lead OT – Mental Health Leadership

Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Lead Occupational Therapist for Adult Mental Health Urgent Care. The role covers acute inpatient wards at Lanchester Road, West Park and Roseberry Park, with 37.5 hours per week and a focus on professional leadership across the OT service.

The successful candidate will manage a small complex caseload, supervise staff, ensure high standards of care and lead service improvement in a Trust-wide leadership group.
