Strategic Finance Controller — Manufacturing Growth

Coppice, a growing manufacturing business, seeks an experienced Finance Controller to join the leadership team. You will drive monthly management accounts, board reporting, and robust budgeting and forecasting, while strengthening controls and guiding strategic decisions across the organisation.

You will partner with operational teams to improve profitability, manage cash and working capital, and lead the finance function with a focus on delivering commercial impact and governance excellence.
