Depot Operations Leader – Fast-Scaling 24/7 Logistics

InPost is seeking a Depot Manager for our Yeovil depot to lead a fast-paced 24-hour parcel operation, drive performance and deliver outstanding service to customers and partners.

You will own the depot’s performance, manage budgets, recruit and develop a high-energy team, and use data and KPIs to identify opportunities and implement improvements.

This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
