GP Practice Clinical Pharmacist – Patient-Centric Care

The Parchmore Group provides GP services to almost 18,000 patients across Thornton Heath and South Croydon. We are a forward-thinking, multi-award-winning GP training practice with a dedicated Pharmacist team.

We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join at both sites to enhance patient care and support the clinical pharmacist role. Key duties include managing long-term conditions, supporting discharge prescribing, and performing clinical audits.
