Job Description:
NHS Lothian is recruiting a Lead Specialist Practitioner District Nurse to lead, co-ordinate and develop the District Nursing Service across East Lothian, with day-to-day management of staff and delivery of high-quality, person-centred nursing care in the community.
The post offers 36 hours per week, fixed-term or secondment arrangement, and opportunities to influence service planning and prevention of hospital admissions through home-based care.
