Regional Care Home Deputy Manager — Travel Leadership

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Care Home Deputy Manager to travel across the region and support delivery of quality care. You will work closely with the General Manager, take on leadership duties in their absence, and help ensure care standards while motivating your team to deliver the best possible quality of life for residents.
