Job Description:
Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Community Paediatric Specialist Nurse (Physical health) to support nurse led clinics for children with long term health conditions, under guidance from paediatricians.
The role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver care, provide education to families, support junior staff, and manage a caseload within a Monday–Friday 9am–5pm schedule.
