Lead Registered Nurse – Care Home Shifts

Care Concern Group’s Gittisham Hill House Care Home in Honiton, Devon, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN) to provide clinically led, person-centred care across shifts. You’ll assess needs, review plans, administer medications and monitor health, while guiding the care team to maintain high standards and continuity of care.
