Paediatric Asthma CNS — Lead in Community Care

Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust’s Evelina London is seeking an asthma clinical nurse specialist (CNS) to support an integrated neighbourhood model, identifying and managing children and young people at high risk of asthma exacerbations across community and primary care.

As lead specialist on paediatric asthma, you will work with GP practices, paediatricians, pharmacists and partners, contribute to policy development, research and service development, and promote person-centred care
