Regional SEND Services Leader – Impact & Growth

KT Healthcare is recruiting a Regional Service Lead to oversee SEND therapeutic services across a defined region. Based from our Head Office in Chichester or within region, the role combines operational management with clinical team leadership and stakeholder engagement.

You will drive referrals, capacity management and service development, collaborating with authorities, NHS/ICB partners, schools and referrers to ensure high-quality, compliant service delivery.
