Lead Clinician – School-Based Speech & Language Therapy

Outcomes First Group is seeking a Lead Clinician to manage the in-house Clinical Team at Riseley Green School. The role combines clinical leadership with a therapy caseload, delivering bespoke assessments and intervention plans for students with autism, SEMH, and complex needs.

You will work with SLT and Regional Clinical Lead to drive service development, ensure EHCP alignment, and maintain safeguarding standards across a multidisciplinary team in an education setting.
