Senior Complex Behaviour Coach – Residential Childcare

SuperCare is seeking an Advanced Behaviour Complex Coach (Residential Support Worker) in a children’s home. You will support young people aged 12-16 with highly complex emotional and behavioural needs, building a long-term career in residential childcare.

The role offers £18.17-£21.34 per hour, day or waking night shifts, and a permanent contract. Benefits include funded Level 3 & Level 5 qualifications, private healthcare, pension, gym contribution, and progression into Leadership roles.
