Health Visitor Lead – Community Health & Family Support

Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust (CLCH) is seeking an enthusiastic Health Visitor to join the Wandsworth Health Visiting Service. You will lead, deliver and influence a comprehensive health visiting service across the borough, improving outcomes for children and families.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering the Healthy Child Programme, with safeguarding responsibilities and opportunities for service development.
