Garioch Care Home in Inverurie is seeking an Interim Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead clinical governance, care delivery and regulatory compliance in a purpose-built home serving 37 residents.

You will partner with the Home Manager, mentor nursing and care teams, oversee medication management, audits and inspections, and contribute to continuous service improvement with a clear progression toward Home Manager roles.
