Designated Safeguarding Lead — SEND School Leader

Witherslack Group is seeking a Designated Safeguarding Lead to oversee safeguarding within the school, liaising with statutory agencies, parents, and staff on wellbeing and protection matters. You will provide trusted support and guidance to the team and collaborate with leadership to safeguard pupils.

You will bring at least three years in a safeguarding lead role, a strong CPD portfolio, and a proactive, empathetic approach. A full UK driving licence is required as part of the role.
