Eyewear Advisor & Customer Care Champion

Boots Opticians in the UK is seeking an Optical Assistant to be the first and last point of contact for customers in store. You will work on the shop floor, build relationships by listening to needs, and help customers find the right eyewear solutions.

The role includes hands-on dispensing, assisting with pre-screening activities, and participating in our training programme to develop knowledge and skills in optics.
