Clinical Nursing Home Manager – Lead with Compassion

Shaftesbury is seeking a Clinical Registered Manager for Treetops in Colchester. You will lead a 21-bed high-dependency nursing home, coordinating a multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centred, high-quality care for people with complex needs.

You will drive clinical governance, ensure regulatory compliance and foster a culture of learning, compassion and continuous improvement across the service. This is a hands-on leadership role with a strong focus on resident outcomes.
