Outpatient Nursing Team Lead — Clinical Leader

Spire Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood is seeking a Nursing Team Lead to join the Outpatients team on a full-time basis. You will deputise and lead the team to deliver the highest standards of nursing care, safety and patient service in a busy outpatient setting.

You will provide clinical leadership, develop the team, drive infection control, and support staff development in line with hospital policy and procedures.
