£50,000 | 40 Hours per Week | Clinical & Supernumerary Shifts
We’re looking for an experienced and confident Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join a stunning, modern nursing home where high-quality care, clinical excellence and resident wellbeing are at the heart of everything.
The position offers a combination of clinical and supernumerary shifts, giving you the opportunity to remain hands-on with nursing care while also dedicating time to clinical oversight, staff development and quality improvement.
We’re looking for someone with previous nursing home experience and proven leadership experience, who is confident taking responsibility for clinical standards and supporting a team.
