Hospitality Finance Analyst: Data‑Driven Growth & EBITDA

The Ivy Collection, a group of 60+ restaurants across the UK and Ireland, is seeking a Finance Analyst to turn data into decisions and drive EBITDA growth. You will partner with GMs, Ops and central teams to improve performance and support new openings and investments.

Based in our office in London, you will work with TM1, Snowflake, Comtrex and Fourth to optimise reporting and forecasting while upholding strong accounting standards and commercial rigor.
