Tenancy & Community Housing Officer

Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust (JRHT) is seeking a Housing Officer to deliver tenancy management services across its properties in York and surrounding areas. You will support tenancy sustainment, promote positive neighbourhoods, and ensure compliance with housing legislation and regulatory requirements.

You will handle income management, estate maintenance, and complex cases in collaboration with internal teams and external partners, including local authorities.
