Independent Financial Advisor

Company: Tudor Franklin Independent Financial Advice
Apply for the Independent Financial Advisor
Location: Ratby
Job Description:

Looking for your next opportunity ? Are you an adviser being affected by redundancy from a major banking organisation?

We’re a growing independent financial planning firm based in Leicestershire, looking for an ambitious Financial Adviser who wants more autonomy, more influence, and a genuine opportunity to help shape a business.

Unlike larger firms, you’ll work directly alongside the directors and become a key part of our future growth.

What’s on Offer?

Existing client bank from day one – at least £20m AUM to work towards validation

High-quality leads and new business opportunities

Full paraplanning and administration support

Pension, Health Cash Plan and 3x Death in Service benefit

Clear progression opportunities as the business grows

Genuine influence over the future direction of the firm

Why This Opportunity Is Different

This isn’t a corporate adviser role.

You’ll be the first externally recruited adviser to join our business and will have the opportunity to help shape client service, adviser proposition, business development and future growth plans.

If you’re looking for a seat at the table rather than being a number in a large organisation, we’d like to speak to you.

Established in 2017, Tudor Franklin provides holistic independent financial planning with a specific focus around intergenerational / IHT planning:

Led by our Chartered Financial Planners and directors, we have built our reputation on long‑term client relationships, trusted advice and helping people worry less and live more.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience providing regulated financial advice
  • Strong relationship‑building skills
  • Experience across pensions and investments
  • Commercially minded with a client‑first approach
  • Ambition to grow alongside a successful independent firm

Ideal for

  • HSBC advisers affected by restructuring or redundancy
  • Advisers within large firms seeking greater autonomy
  • Existing advisers looking for a clear route to progression
  • Individuals who want to help build something rather than simply service a panel of clients

If you’re a high-quality adviser looking for an opportunity to inherit clients, grow your own portfolio and play a significant role in an ambitious advice business, we’d love to hear from you.
