Hybrid Housing Officer – Resident Services & ASB

CDS Co-Operatives is hiring a Housing Officer. This hybrid role combines home-based work with two days a week at our Dartford estate office and about two days per month at our Central London office.

You’ll be the visible contact for residents, handling tenancy and estate management, ASB, lettings and voids, and ensuring residents feel safe and supported. The role is full-time (35 hours per week) on permanent terms with a salary of £40,975 per year plus a performance bonus.
