Strategic Procurement & Contracts Specialist

Civil Nuclear Constabulary is seeking an experienced procurement leader at its Harwell site to establish and enforce strategic policies, advise stakeholders, and manage end-to-end tenders in a complex, highly regulated environment.

The role requires MCIPS, extensive public sector procurement experience, and the ability to navigate risk, compliance and contract lifecycle management across multiple categories. The position is hybrid, with governance aligned to CNPA and Government guidelines.
