UK-Wide Learning & Development Partner (Travel)

The Salvation Army UK and Ireland Territory seeks a Learning and Development Partner to embed a culture of learning across the organisation, supporting officers and employees across the UK and ROI. The role involves UK-wide travel including regular visits to William Booth College in London, with a fleet car provided.

You will provide expert L&D guidance, identify learning needs, and design/coordinate programmes, workshops and coaching while upholding the organisation’s Christian ethos and values.
