HR Generalist — Global Finance, 4‑Day Week in London

Lily Shippen is assisting a client, a leading global reinsurance firm based in the City of London, in finding an experienced HR Generalist to join their HR team and support the employee lifecycle.

The role requires 3–5 years’ HR Generalist experience, a strong understanding of the UK HR lifecycle, and hands-on support for onboarding, ER, promotions and offboarding. Expect collaboration with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, international environment and a 4-day-per-week in-office pattern.
