Mac & Cloud Support Engineer – White-Glove IT Desk

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Technology Support II (ASSOC) to diagnose and resolve macOS issues, deploy and troubleshoot Apple devices with Jamf Pro, and manage Atlassian Cloud administration. You will support user onboarding, MFA provisioning in Entra ID and Google Workspace, and monitor security tools to protect endpoints.

You will contribute to documenting procedures in Confluence and helping secure the digital workspace across business squads within the Accelerator program.
