Employment Solicitor

An award-winning regional law firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its established team in Luton, offering you exposure to a broad range of employment matters and the opportunity to develop long-term client relationships.
The role
- Advise employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Handle settlement agreements and Employment Tribunal work, including advocacy
- Gain exposure to TUPE, corporate transactions and business reorganisations
- Advise on day-to-day employment issues and business immigration
- Contribute to business development and client relationship building
