The successful candidate will work with a diverse client base, advising on a broad range of private client matters including:
- Wills and estate planning
- Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Probate and estate administration
- Trusts and trust administration
- Inheritance tax and succession planning
- Court of Protection matters
The firm is looking for an individual who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or equivalent, from Newly Qualified level upwards
- Solid technical knowledge of private client work
