Two-Site Facilities, Safety & Contracts Lead

Voy is seeking a Facilities & Contracts Manager to own two commercial/industrial buildings on one park, ensuring safe, compliant and well-maintained operations.

You will manage building services, equipment, contracts, and landlord relations with autonomy to implement improvements. The role is hands-on, requiring IOSH, H&S leadership, and capex experience; reporting to the Senior Operations Manager and Operations Director for safety-critical matters.
