Digital Business Analyst | Reading | 6-Month Contract | Hybrid

I’m currently recruiting for a Digital Business Analyst with essential utilities industry experience to join a digital transformation programme in Reading. This is an excellent opportunity to work across business and technology teams, helping turn complex business needs into practical digital solutions.

You’ll play a key role in shaping requirements, improving processes and supporting the delivery of digital products and customer-facing platforms. Working closely with stakeholders, product owners and development teams, you’ll help ensure solutions meet business expectations and deliver genuine value.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Essential utilities industry experience.
• Strong business analysis experience across digital or technology projects.
• Requirements gathering, elicitation and documentation.
• Agile delivery, including Scrum and backlog management.
• User stories, epics and acceptance criteria.
• Business process modelling and gap analysis.
• Experience supporting SIT and UAT.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Visio, Miro or Lucidchart.

Contract Details:

• Location: Reading, UK.
• Duration: 6 months.
• Working pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days per week in the office.
