Shift Manager: Food Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement

We have an opportunity for a Shift Manager at our Bedford Food Production site. You will be fully responsible for the day to day running of your shift, as well as identifying and leading operational improvement opportunities for the business.

You will run 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, with a rotating pattern. Join a team focused on food safety, quality and continuous improvement within a supportive environment.
