Building Manager

Take ownership of a prime commercial portfolio at the Jersey International Finance Centre.

D2 Real Estate is looking for an experienced Building Manager to join our team in Jersey.

This is a hands‑on role with genuine responsibility. Working closely with our Property and Operations Managers to keep the portfolio running safely, efficiently and the highest standard for occupiers.

What you’ll take ownership of:

• Hard and soft facilities management
• Contractor performance and service delivery
• Building systems, health and safety, and statutory compliance
• Service charge budgets and expenditure
• Strong relationships with occupiers and clients

You’ll bring commercial property FM experience, a practical approach to problem‑solving, the confidence to manage suppliers, budgets and competing priorities and an ability to deliver excellent customer service.
