Supplier Development Engineer — Drive Supplier Quality & Excellence

Caterpillar Marine Power UK Ltd in Wimborne seeks a Supplier Development Engineer to drive supplier quality improvements, perform PPAP activities, assess manufacturing environments, and ensure parts meet specifications. You will collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to develop capabilities and eliminate defects.

The role requires effective communication, problem solving, and process discipline; travel is 10–20% mainly UK and occasional EU; five days a week onsite at Wimborne.
