Customer Success Lead, AI Proptech Startup

Jumpstart is seeking a Customer Success Manager in London for a seed-stage AI startup serving letting and estate agents across the UK. The role is based in the office (4 days per week) and focuses on helping customers succeed with our AI-powered agent for calls, emails and WhatsApp.

You will own a portfolio of agency customers, drive adoption, retention and expansion, and help build the customer success playbook as the team grows.
