Mobile Vehicle Technician – Planned SMR Repairs & Overtime

RAC is expanding its SMR division with a Mobile Vehicle Technician role in the Portsmouth cluster. You’ll tackle pre-booked servicing and diagnostics on customer vehicles, using mobile equipment to complete repairs away from the workshop.

This is a structured mobile role focused on planned work, not emergency callouts. You’ll operate in a 40-hour week with core hours 8:30am–5:00pm and occasional Saturdays, earning a base salary of £40,170 with OT and bonuses to reach up to £52,000.
