Store Operations & Customer Experience Leader

Sainsbury’s is seeking a Customer & Trading Manager to lead daily store operations in our UK stores. You’ll work with a small team of managers to ensure the store runs smoothly, deliver excellent customer service, and coach colleagues to raise performance.

With accountability for the full shop in the absence of senior management, you’ll drive KPI targets, manage performance, and coordinate scheduling and pay while creating an inclusive, supportive environment for colleagues and customers alike.
