Research Delivery Lead: Clinical Growth & Innovation

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a proactive Research Delivery Team Leader to act as the vital link between Oxford Health and the University Department of Psychiatry, driving research growth and ensuring that patient voices are at the heart of everything we do.

You will lead staff, oversee policy and budgets, manage records and data, ensure GCP compliance, and provide cross-cover with other RDT Leads to deliver research and trials.
