Despatch & Logistics Lead – Food Manufacturing

Pilgrim’s Europe in Attleborough, Norfolk, is seeking an experienced Despatch Manager to lead the warehouse and despatch function within a high-volume food manufacturing environment. You will work with Production, Planning, Technical and Supply Chain teams to deliver service levels, stock accuracy and strong Food Safety standards.

Deliver continuous improvement, manage third‑party logistics, and drive KPI performance while ensuring adherence to GMP, HACCP and Health & Safety requirements.
