Lead Email Designer & Team Lead – Creative, Data-Driven

Harrods is seeking a Lead Email Designer on a nine-month FTC to lead design, build, and continual improvement of our marketing, triggered, and lifecycle email communications. You will oversee the email design team, ensure responsive templates, and collaborate with CRM, Content and Creative to deliver a unified brand experience.

You will manage and review emails, guiding design direction with strong typography, accessibility awareness, and data-driven iterations in a fast-paced environment.
