Chailey Heritage Foundation is seeking a Social Care Team Manager (Nights) to lead overnight care staff at North Chailey, East Sussex. The role blends night leadership with a day-time coaching and supervision focus, and wider management responsibilities to ensure high-quality, child-centered care.

The role includes 3-night shifts (Duty Manager and hands-on) and 2 day shifts dedicated to training and development, safeguarding, and team culture across the service.
