Job Description:
Marchant Recruitment is seeking an inspirational Head of Art & Design for a creative secondary academy in Chichester, starting January on a full-time, permanent basis. You will lead Fine Art, Photography, Graphic Communication and 3D design, guiding students through portfolio development and contextual studies.
You will manage art spaces, curation schedules, and NEA assessments across KS3–KS5, while line-managing staff and technicians and delivering a strategic vision for the department.
