Head Pizza Chef — Master Fresh Dough & Lead a London Pub Kitchen

The Tiger in Camberwell is part of Urban Pubs & Bars. We are seeking a Head Pizza Chef to own the pizza kitchen, lead daily operations and deliver high-quality, freshly made pizzas.

You will manage dough, prep, and stock while mentoring the kitchen team and contributing ideas to the menu. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, with opportunities to shape the pub’s pizza offer across busy services.
