National Franchise Accounts Manager

Fonehouse is seeking a Retail Account Manager to build and develop strong relationships with our franchise partners across the national field-based network (North focus). You will drive sales growth, profitability and customer experience while ensuring compliance and high standards across the franchise estate.

You’ll be the key link between franchisees and KTM Online, using data to track KPIs, perform reviews and deliver improvement plans.
