Pentagon Derby is seeking an experienced Motor Trade Sales professional to join our Derby multi-franchise dealership as Sales Manager. You will lead a high-performing team, drive profitable financing and insurance solutions, and ensure excellent customer service.

This role requires a strong track record in automotive sales, compliance with industry regulations, and the ability to coach staff to exceed targets. Monday to Friday hours are included with weekend rotation.
