The Opportunity
Carrot’s Sales & Marketing desk focuses on Sales Representatives, Key Account Managers, Brand Managers, Marketing and sales leadership positions across the US. With vacancies on the rise, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to grow the commercial & go to market desk across the US market. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with previous experience of the US Life Sciences market, looking to push your career forward backed by one of the market leaders in Healthcare and Life Sciences recruitment.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
- Develop and grow relationships with US Life Sciences organisations, identifying and winning new business opportunities
- Build a strong industry network and market reputation
- Develop a specialist niche and grow your own revenue generating desk
- Manage your recruitment processes from brief to placement
To be successful, you’ll need:
- A background in commercial recruitment within US Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharma/Biotech or MedTech markets
- A consistent billing track record with strong business development skills
- A relationship-led approach to recruitment and a desire to become a recognised market specialist
- 25 days leave (Accruing to 28 days maximum)

The money is uncapped and multi-layered
Most agencies give you one commission structure. Carrot gives you three ways to earn: monthly, a rolling three-month bonus on top of that, and an annual bonus worth 2% of your total revenue. Hit target consistently and the earning potential is real, not theoretical.
